As society progresses, humans are becoming less respectful toward nature, causing ghosts to grow resentful of their self-centered behavior. Among the spirits, there is a division—some reject humans entirely, while others, like Kitaro and his family, seek peaceful coexistence. They aim to foster understanding between the two groups. Kitaro continues to pursue love and hope in his efforts.
