Gowappa 5 Gordam

Five teenagers from Edo City stumble upon a mysterious island where they find a mecha developed by Doctor Hoarai to defend against an attack by subterranean rock beings. Dismissed by the scientific community for his warnings, the doctor had transferred his consciousness into a computer after his death. The youths join him in operating the machines to protect Earth, forming the Gowapper 5 Godam team. Led by Yoko Misaki, they use the giant robot Godam to battle the underground invaders.
