Claire Leonelli leads the Mafia group "Vampire" in the city of Judoh after his father's death. To monitor Claire and other criminal operations, the Bureau of Urban Safety employs Daisuke Aurora and a top-secret super android known as "J." Androids are illegal in the city, so J's existence remains hidden. Their presence limits the space for criminal activity in Judoh.
