With Kenshiro presumed dead, General Barcom leads a mutiny against Shin, seeking to take all of Shin's territory for himself. In the desert, Joker searches the wreckage of the battleship for Ken's body, unconvinced that he is actually dead. Ken emerges from the wreckage and Joker challenges him, but Ken is too powerful and kills him. Meanwhile in Southern Cross, Shin defeats and kills Barcom.
