Kaze to Ki no Uta SANCTUS: Sei Naru Kana

In 1880, a French boarding school houses Serge Battour, the son of a viscount and a deceased Roma woman, who faces alienation due to his mixed heritage. Intelligent and sensitive, he struggles to connect with others. He is assigned a roommate, Gilbert Cocteau, a strikingly attractive boy who engages in prostitution for undisclosed reasons. Despite Serge's efforts to build a relationship with Gilbert, they fail to connect meaningfully. However, an unexplained pull draws them toward one another. In 1887, now graduated, Serge returns to the school and reflects on his past experiences.
