Lupin III: Babylon no Ougon Densetsu

Lupin the Third, a skilled thief obsessed with treasures, is on a new quest for the legendary Gold of Babylon. Accompanied by Jigen and Goemon, he travels across the world, solving mysteries and evading the New York Mafia. At the same time, he avoids capture by Inspector Zenigata and his team of five resolute female officers. The mysterious Rosetta, a charming older woman with a fondness for alcohol, appears to be connected to the gold’s whereabouts. The film is co-directed by Seijun Suzuki and features a jazz score by Yuji Ohno. The story takes place in locations ranging from New York to the Middle East, following a treasure inspired by the biblical Tower of Babel.
