Mahjong Hishou-den Naki no Ryuu

A man known as Ryuu, or Crying Dragon, frequently engages in games with a group of gang members. His victories occur only through "ron," a mahjong technique where a player completes a winning hand using a tile discarded by an opponent. The term "ron," also referred to as "Naki" in the game, shares its pronunciation with the Japanese word for "crying." This mahjong-themed anime is adapted from a manga created by Nojo Junichi during the 1980s and 1990s.
