During the Taiheimeji Era under the Tokugawa shogunate, the Manyuu Clan serves as a group of warriors loyal to the government. In this time, large breasts are of immense value, determining a person's social and economic status. Those without are often dehumanized. The Manyuu Clan is responsible for nurturing individuals destined to have large breasts, using techniques recorded in a hidden scroll. Chifusa, designated as the clan's next leader, steals the scroll and flees, seeking to challenge the harsh societal norms the clan has established.
