A reclusive idol enthusiast named Suko possesses the unusual talent of increasing an idol's popularity through her blog posts. One day, while running an errand with her sister, she stumbles upon a live performance by the idol group Itrio from Fukuoka. Determined to elevate their status, she begins promoting them. However, her efforts are challenged by another blogger, Ryu-san, who is an enthusiastic supporter of the underground idol Mariko.
