The narrative follows collaborative teams known as "Patraisers," composed of a "Sugar" and a "Patron," whose role is to revive individuals with hardened hearts. The main storyline focuses on the pair Asahi Yuga, a Sugar, and his Patron, Ryouya Nekoyashiki. Additional content explores their everyday experiences and interactions with other characters. The series includes an introductory 15-minute episode and is presented in two formats: a 41-episode series with seven-minute episodes and an 11-episode version, each 26 minutes long, combining the same material. Each episode in the longer format consists of four segments from the original series.
