Two years after Mizuho's graduation, Chihaya Mikado skips school due to harassment and distrust toward men. To help him, his mother enrolls him at Seio Girl's School, where he disguises himself as a girl named Chihaya Kisakinomiya. There, he reunites with Kaoruko Nanahara, who previously helped him escape a playboy.
