A child suffers a severe injury to his arm in an accident during kindergarten, though medical professionals manage to preserve it. Years later, unusual occurrences begin to revolve around his arm, which appears to have properties beyond the ordinary. At the same time, an undisclosed group seeks to locate him and gain access to the abilities his arm possesses.
