A decade after the Great Tokyo War, Japan's prefectures have become separate nations, each governed by a prophet known as "Mosa" and an army called "Mob." These groups compete to conquer one another, leading to frequent conflicts. Four female members of the Saitama clan's "Mob," named Nozomi, Yukina, Ai, and Chiaya, are tasked by their "Mosa" with traveling across the country on motorcycles. Their mission is to mediate ongoing battles between various nations and clans as tensions escalate.
