In a world where various martial arts styles coexist, such as Chinese Kung Fu, Japanese Karate, and South Korean Taekwondo, Victory Ramenman is considered the most powerful fighter. As a child, he saw his father, Somenman, killed by the Cobra Gang, who remain active. Rescued by Chen Sou-Mei, Ramenman trained for 12 years in the Essential Battle Dragon style of Choujin Martial Arts.
