Tomobiki High students are busy preparing for the school festival, with Class 2-4 working hard to create props, costumes, and decorations. Ataru, Lum, Shutaro, Shinobu, and their classmates are determined to outdo themselves this year, rushing through final preparations for the event. The next day, they continue their efforts, only to notice something unusual. The city feels eerily quiet, with abandoned buildings covered in dust and mold. A strange stillness surrounds them, raising questions about whether they are still dreaming or have entered a new reality.
