Very Chubby Belly

A graduate project by Kazuna Okada from Tama Art University in 2024, the piece centers around a character named Very Chubby Belly, who is disliked and wished away by others. Despite this, she is omnipresent and described as a small, sad, and sweet figure. The work is inspired by a poem written by Okada, which expresses a desire to comfort and embrace the character with affection. The animation style is intimate and letter-like, giving it a warm and personal feel.
