Kongou Banchou

Akira Kongou, known as the "Diamond Delinquent," enrolls at Shiritsu Raimei High School. He claims not to be a banchou, a leader of student delinquents, but soon gains influence within the school's gang structure and becomes its leader. He engages in schoolyard confrontations with bullies and troublemakers from twenty-three other schools.
