Kowashiya Gen

Gen, whose real name is Iwao Asakura, is the president of a demolition subcontractor firm and regains his passion for demolition engineering after receiving a job offer from Keiko Otsuki, an employee of Sanyu Heavy Machinery Lease. He joins the Sanyu Group and establishes Sanyu Blasting Co., subsequently recruiting Roku Iwashita, Hideo Tokita, and Hikaru Nakahara to his team. Aiming to create an independent demolition company free from industry bid-rigging, Gen eventually leaves the Sanyu Group to found Itsumo Blowup Co. The manga has reached 100 volumes as of May 2023.
