Sixteen years after a law was enacted to promote healthy child-rearing by banning vulgar language, Tanukichi Okuma enters a prestigious public morals school. He is recruited into a group called the Anti-Societal Organization by its leader, Ayame Kajou. Forced to join under Ayame's pressure, Tanukichi becomes involved in acts of subversive behavior targeting Anna, the capable student council president, whom he admires.
