Thirty years have passed since the Meisei High School baseball team, with its ace Tatsuya Uesugi, won its first championship in its first appearance at the nationals. The Meisei High School baseball team is in the dumps, and the two bloodless brothers, Touma and Souichirou, who are members of the team, are feeling frustrated.
