Osamu Kobayashi

In 1963, he entered Toei Animation at the same time as [Tsutomu Shibayama](https://anilist.co/staff/119556/) and [Hayao Miyazaki](https://anilist.co/staff/96870/). He was a chief animator working with Shibayama after having transferred to a A Production.
