Toshiharu Mizutani

An art director who worked for Kobayashi Productions, but left together with Hiromasa Ogura and Hiroshi Oono to establish Studio Fuga in March 3, 1983. He stayed until 1997, when he left to establish Moonflower, where he also acts as representative director.
