Lupin and his gang steal the Ivanov, the Soviet Union's newest atomic submarine from the Port of Arkhangelsk. Lupin lightheartedly stole it to salvage some sunken treasure off the coast of Bermuda, but he becomes entangled in a fierce tug of war between the KGB and CIA when Fujiko decides to sell it to the highest bidder.
