Luna rushes to the city of Su-Neo to rescue Eagle, who has been crucified. There, Satanists are rioting, incited to fight by Garcia. To fight against Behemoth, a demon unleashed by Garcia, the high priests summon the angels, the Guardian Angels, but are unable to control them, and many people are caught up in the melee, plunging the city into chaos.
