After reconciling with Paul and parting ways to find the other's family member, Rudeus, Eris and Ruijerd take a ship to the central continent. Meanwhile, Roxie, Elinalise, and Talhand search for the Greyrat family, including Zenith. At the urging of Nokopara, whom she meets again in the city of Rikarisu, Roxy visits the village of the Migurds, her hometown.
