The disciplinary committee attempts to lessen the amount of hand-holding on school grounds in order to eliminate sexual acts. The student council tries to argue against the reasoning of the disciplinary committee's rules. Ui tries to figure out what is wrong with hand holding by experimenting with Hayato.
