Hibiki decides to enter a Piano Contest, but becomes uncertain when she learns her father is to become a judge for the same competition. On the day of the contest, Kanade gives Hibiki a special cupcake, saying her dream is to make people smile, encouraging Hibiki to aim for the same dream. As the Minor Trio create a Trumpet Negatone outside, Ellen stands alone to stop them from interrupting Hibiki and Kanade's contests.
