Mikoto tracks down Misaki, who reveals she had hidden Misaka 10032 to keep her safe from the group pursuing the Sisters to access the Misaka Network. She further reveals that the man behind it is Gensei Kihara, who was the advocate of the Level 6 Shift Project and Misaki's worst enemy.
