Manami Okuda, a rather naive and honest student, attempts to poison Koro-sensei to no effect. Koro-sensei offers to help Manami, who ended up in 3-E due to her poor communication skills, make an effective poison. However, this turns out to be a tonic that transforms him into a speedier liquid form, teaching Manami to improve her communication skills so she can successfully deceive him someday. Later, as Class 3-E is forced to endure an all-class assembly, the students that normally jeer the 3-E students start to become envious of their cool teachers, while Koro-sensei makes himself a human disguise to support his students.
