Kaiba faces off against Warp. Kichi and Hyo Hyo turn off the fans. Kaiba easily defeats Warp, and another Warp is born. Neiro tries to talk to Kaiba, but he dismisses her, wanting everyone to get eaten by the massive Kaiba plant. Neiro ultimately succeeds, and the electrolytic cloud defeats the massive Kaiba plant. Everyone's safe, but without memories. All ends with the still remembering Hyo Hyo returning Kichi to his original body.
