When an Odawara (Kanagawa) museum dedicated to media information is closed after the death of its curator and owner, MBA special forces launch another operation to seize the museum and collect banned material from inside. However, Kantō LDF units mobilize to protect the facility and hold off the MBA forces from entering the museum.
