The mysterious salesman Fukuzuo Moguro encounters a seemingly quiet student named Miterou. The child keeps a meticulous black star chart to track those who have wronged him and then plans their "execution" which turns out to be elaborate, cruel pranks! Moguro observes Miterou's actions noting that despite his shy exterior, the boy possesses a cold, calculating and vengeful nature but the kid felt so wronged by Moguro as well that now is his turn to try to escape the trap...
