In her next egg venture, Ai is tasked to protect a version of herself from a parallel world, who had committed suicide by drowning. Parallel Ai's Wonder Killer is Mr. Sawaki, and he traps Ai in an illusion where Koito tempts her to jump from the school building. However, Ai, having come to terms with her feelings for Mr. Sawaki and her relationship with her mother, convinces Parallel Ai to admit her regrets and how much she values her mother. After defeating the Wonder Killer, Ai clears the game, and Frill's final agent, Kirara, confronts her. Parallel Ai sacrifices herself to save Ai, getting her eye gouged out in the process.
