Kasumi and Poppin'Party enter their second year of high school. While returning from Arisa's house with her bandmates, Kasumi expresses interest in performing live again. This opportunity is granted when first-year student Rokka Asahi asks them to play at the reopened Galaxy live house alongside fellow girl bands Afterglow, Hello, Happy World!, and Roselia.
