Rei Kiriyama, a resident of June Town in eastern Tokyo, is a high school student and a professional shougi player. The After School Science Club merged with the shougi club to become “the Shougi Science Club.” Things are going well, as Rei teaches others how to play shougi and other club members teach Rei how to make ramune, in addition to other club activities.
