In ancient times, powerful deities from Japanese legend wielded immense strength. Today, remnants of these primordial forces remain, guarding their mysteries. The God of Darkness, Susanoah-oh, lies dormant in the underworld, awaiting rebirth. His awakening has been observed by members of the Kikuchi Clan, descendants of Japan’s earliest people, who detect signs of encroaching darkness. These individuals possess ancient knowledge and artifacts, and are ready to confront the impending threat. Their mission is to battle gathered hellish spirits in search of a young boy destined to wield the chaotic power of the gods.
