Awajishima no Shichifukujin

The Seven Gods of Fortune from Japanese mythology are exiled to Awaji Island by Susanoo-no-Mikoto for neglecting their duties in heaven. To regain their place in the celestial realm, they must restore their virtue by helping humans and fulfilling their wishes. Using "god phones," they track the points earned from their good deeds, with the goal of returning to heaven. They focus on performing acts of kindness on especially auspicious days to maximize their point totals. However, their attempts do not always result in positive outcomes, and some actions lead to unintended misfortune for humans. When this happens, they lose points, extending their time on the island.
