A woman named Utopia More uncovers an ancient record believed to contain universal secrets, drawing the attention of the dangerous Gypsy Doc from the Pirate Guild. She is rescued by Cobra, a laid-back but renowned space pirate equipped with a unique weapon known as the Psychogun. Utopia and Cobra work together to prevent Gypsy Doc, alongside Cobra’s reawakened enemy, Crystal Boy, from seizing the record and using it to gain control over the universe.
