Residents of Kasukabe begin experiencing desired dreams after a strange one involving a giant fish consuming them. Initially enjoying personalized dreamscapes, they soon find the dream world turning into a nightmare. Shinnosuke Nohara and the Kasukabe Defense Forces invite Saki Nubatama, a local girl, to join them as they investigate the source of the nightmare disturbance.
