Nobita finds a super cape, but Gian snatches the cape and uses it to become Super Gian, whose only power is being able to fly when summoned by a whistle. This episode was later remade in 1992 in the same series, then remade as Super Gian, Hero of Justice in the 2005 series. (Source: Wikipedia)
