Genshi Shounen Ryuu

A boy is born with unusual skin color and nearly sacrificed by his tribe to a Tyrannosaurus named Shirano. He is rescued by a monkey who becomes his caretaker. His mother, who left the tribe, searches for him. Sixteen years later, he encounters a girl named Ran, who was sold to his birth tribe. The tribe, upset by his survival, attempts to kill him by burning him, but before they succeed, the tribe is destroyed by Shirano, who also kills his monkey mother. He and Ran then begin a journey to locate his mother and Ran’s brother, Don.
