Overall episode #267 Gintoki and Company finds themselves interfering with time resulting in death of one person if they try to revive the frozen time. It is found that the clock has run out of batteries. To get the batteries Gintoki and Company encounters Shinsengumi and Katsura. The clock ultimately stops and a SFX character that came to life saves them by inserting the battery. (Source: Wikipedia)
