In the year 2100, Bayside City functions as Japan's leading international port. A former police officer named Takako founds the Angel Arms Company, which uses advanced security suits to combat terrorism. After the mayor is killed, the women of Angel Arms are tasked with guarding the criminal boss Hassan, believing he holds key intelligence on a global terrorist network. As a group of criminals plans Hassan’s assassination, it is uncovered that the leader of the organization is the ex-lover of Alisa, a member of Angel Arms.
