Hashire Melos

A man from a Greek village named Melos is arrested and charged with plotting against the king. As punishment, he is given three days to reach his sister’s wedding, with his friend Selinentius, a sculptor, held as a hostage. If Melos fails to arrive on time, the king will execute Selinentius in his place.
