Everytime Roniejo hears a special whistle he acts different and can't seem to shoot correctly! His teammates worry about him,as he gets angry whenever someone touches him, and so does Inazuma Japan because they both understand that it is unlikely for Roniejo to steal the ball from his teammates, which he does in the game. So they leave their mark on the forwards and stop Roniejo from getting the ball. It is revealed that the whistle activates the RH program. Later the detective arrests Garshield and Brazil is able to play their own soccer. However before he left Garshield threatened all the players families. (Source: Wikipedia)
