Jib

A girl named Ga-young relocates to a town scheduled for demolition and encounters the Zipsin, a house spirit. The Zipsin is no longer in charge due to the redevelopment and joins Ga-young in searching for a new leader, eventually finding a cat. They learn the Zipsin is facing death as the houses are destroyed. To prevent this, the Zipsin locks the house when people are inside. Ga-young recalls a memory tied to a lost house, helping her understand its significance to her. She returns to the present but the conflict between the Zipsin and the residents remains unresolved.
