A cosmic explosion scattered light crystals across Earth, which became energy coins. Some energy lifeforms arrived as small cars, seeking to collect these crystals to transform back to their original forms. A group of villains, led by Commander-K, seeks to misuse the crystals' power for harm. Three children—Hawley, Kinson, and Yolan—support the good-aligned mini cars in gathering the energy coins. Using the Eagle Car and Dragon Car, two of the boys confront the evil forces.
