Jungle no Ouja Taa-chan

A boy named Ta-chan was left alone in the savanna and was taken in by a chimpanzee named Etekichi. He now lives as the ruler of the jungle. His wife, Jane, was once a top model in New York. To defend wildlife from poachers, Ta-chan teams up with his follower Pedro and a practitioner of Chinese martial arts named Ryo. The series is adapted from a manga of the same name and initially serves as a humorous take on Tarzan. The early episodes are comedic, while the later ones shift to a more serious tone.
