Lupin and his gang are in New York City to steal a pinball machine made of solid gold. Lupin, Jigen and Fujiko board a casino cruise ship and discover that they'll need Goemon's Zantetsuken sword to pull off the heist. Meanwhile, Goemon is out fishing on the banks of the Hudson River when he reels in a human skeleton. Suddenly, Goemon finds himself haunted by a young beautiful ghost named Lily.
