Lupin has lottery fever, or to be specific, has his eyes set on the 50 million dollar jackpot. However, Lupin discovers the lottery is rigged. Tony, the President of the Lottery Commission manipulates the lottery machines to pull a certain number. Knowing the lottery is rigged and not wanting to play a game of chance, Lupin decides to manipulate the lottery machines before the jackpot draw.
